These Terms & Conditions outline your rights, responsibilities, and acceptable use of TRIGARR so everyone can use the platform safely, transparently, and fairly.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TRIGARR, including our website, dashboard, APIs, automations, and connected integrations, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Use the Platform Responsibly and Within Legal Boundaries
TRIGARR is built for legitimate social media automation, customer engagement, lead capture, support, and campaign workflows. You agree not to use it for unlawful, deceptive, malicious, or harmful purposes.

Do not send spam, abusive content, misleading messages, or unauthorized bulk messaging
Do not upload malware, dangerous code, or content designed to disrupt systems
Do not reverse engineer, scrape, bypass limits, or interfere with platform security
Do not access accounts, data, or systems without authorization
3. Maintain Security of Your Account at All Times
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share passwords, grant access to unauthorized users, or connect accounts you are not allowed to manage. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.
4. Connected Accounts and Third-Party Platform Compliance
When you connect Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or another supported platform, you confirm that you have authority to connect and manage that account. You are responsible for ensuring your campaigns, messages, automations, audience targeting, and account activity comply with each platform's terms, API rules, rate limits, and messaging policies.
5. Understand Subscription Tiers, Renewals, and Billing
TRIGARR may offer free and paid plans with plan limits, feature access, and recurring billing. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the dashboard or billing portal where available. Failure to pay may result in limited access, feature restrictions, or account suspension.
Refunds are provided only where required by law or under a refund policy we expressly publish or agree to in writing.
6. You Retain Ownership of Your Content and Business Data
You retain ownership of the content, campaign materials, leads, messages, workflows, and business data you upload, create, or manage through TRIGARR. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, display, and use that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
7. AI-Assisted Outputs Require User Review
TRIGARR may include AI-assisted features for message drafting, chatbot responses, workflow suggestions, or content support. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and monitoring AI-assisted outputs before relying on them or sending them to customers.
8. We May Improve, Update, or Remove Features
We may modify, add, suspend, or remove features to improve security, reliability, compliance, performance, or product direction. Some changes may temporarily affect availability or workflows. We will try to provide notice for major changes when practical.
9. Privacy and Data Processing
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. For customer, lead, and campaign data, you are responsible for having the rights and notices required to collect and process that data through TRIGARR.
10. TRIGARR Intellectual Property
TRIGARR, including its software, interfaces, designs, branding, documentation, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service according to these Terms. No other rights are granted.
11. We Reserve the Right to Suspend or Terminate Violating Accounts
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, abuse the platform, fail to pay, or threaten platform integrity or user safety. We aim to provide notice when reasonable, but serious violations may require immediate action.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRIGARR is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific business results, platform deliverability, third-party API availability, or error-free AI-assisted outputs. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRIGARR and its team from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, campaigns, account activity, misuse of the service, policy violations, or infringement of third-party rights.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice when appropriate. Continued use of TRIGARR after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
